("Deeto", “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and processes through the websites: www.deeto.ai (the “Website”) and the Deeto platform (the “Service”), and the rights and options available to users of our Website and Service with respect to their personal data.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Deeto provides businesses an innovative AI-based tool and services to enhance and ease the process of selling to its potential clients (“Prospects”). Deeto’s service identifies satisfied customers (“References”) allowing to share experience driven knowledge. Our product connects Prospects and References via multiple channels through which the Prospect can get an informative, reliable testimony from a current referee (“Meeting”).
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
You can submit an inquiry through our online contact forms or by other methods provided on the Website (e.g. when requesting a demo). When you submit an inquiry on our Website, you will be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message (“Inquiry Information”).
Whether you are a Prospect or a Reference, if you register to our Service or agree to participate in a meeting, we’ll collect your name, your company name, your job title, your LinkedIn profile (if any), and other information related to the company you work in, in order to create your account and profile (“Profile Information”).
We process certain anonymized aggregated information when you participate in a meeting
Subject to your consent, we may record the Meetings taken place within the Service, in order to analyze different characteristics as your tone, specific words being used, etc. in order to analyze such data and create aggregated information that predicts your level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction during the Meeting.
We process your entries to our survey in the end of each meeting
Subject to your consent, we may provide you with a quick survey in the end of a Meeting, to better understand how the interaction between Prospect and Reference went, how satisfied you are with the meeting, any questions you have, requests for additional information regarding the selling process or a specific product, etc. (collectively “Meeting Information”).
You are not legally obligated to provide any of the above mentioned information; however, if you choose not to provide this information, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or provide you with the Service.
When you use the Website or the Service, we record and collect certain information about your interaction with the Website or Service, including the IP address from which you access the Website or Service, time and date of access, type of browser used, language used, links clicked, and actions taken while using the Website and Service ("Analytics Information").
HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
We will use your Inquiry Information to contact you about your inquiry and handle and respond to your inquiry.
